No, an Avily experience is designed as a month-long, extended stay. It offers the feeling of living abroad — slower rhythms, community, immersion — without the logistics, commitment, or disruption of a long-term move. You get the depth of experience without the complexity of uprooting your life.
How many families will be in the cohort?
Our inaugural Summer 2027 cohort is intentionally small to keep the experience warm, personal, and well-supported. We are anticipating taking 8–10 families, which allows for meaningful connection, manageable group activities, and a true sense of community during the month abroad.
Can parents work remotely during the month abroad?
Yes. Many families join while working remotely, working flexible hours, or taking partial leave. We connect you with our trusted nanny network so you can book the childcare schedule that fits your needs—whether that’s 2 hours a day or a more structured routine. Because you arrange your nanny hours directly, it stays flexible and personalized. And with Jávea’s slower pace of life, it’s easy to blend work and family in a way that feels balanced and enjoyable.

What’s included in the cost?
Your Avily experience fee covers the curated support that makes a month abroad feel effortless: access to pre-vetted family housing options, our trusted nanny network, thoughtfully designed community events, pre-trip guidance, and personalized on-the-ground assistance throughout your stay.
The experience fee is charged per adult and per child, so families only pay for the people participating in community events and kids’ enrichment routines.
Please note that families select and book their preferred home and childcare schedule directly. You’ll have access to vetted options, clear guidance, and a trusted network—so the process stays simple, safe, and stress-free.
